Very quick to respond when I was inquiring about an appointment but they also take walk-ins. Shop was clean and comfortable. Braids were done exactly how I wanted them to be and services was very quick. I've been looking for a good braider since moving to Virginia and even though I have to drive an hour I'll definitely be using them from now on.
UPDATE: A few hours after I posted this review, the owner called me to pressure me into deleting it. When I refused, they offered a "redo". I live over 30 miles away and wasn't about to waste more time or money to relive a miserable experience. Shortly after, I said I'd remove the review if they offered a partial refund and they stopped responding. Great with time and speed, warm and welcoming!
Ever since moving to Virginia it was trying to find someone to braid my hair, and reasonably priced. I called Aisha and she told me to come on; one of her braiders did my hair, and I must say, I loved it and have been going to them for 3 years now. I always feel welcomed and beautiful when I leave shop.
Wanted to try out a new style since I have always rocked short hair. Came in here and told them I needed some dreads done on my hair and beyond my expectations they did not surprise. Workers are so nice and the lady who did my hair Mary was so patient and did a very decent job. Totally recommend for those looking to get dreads extensions and all spurts of style
