John's an excellent trainer, supportive, motivational and caring. The beat yoga and spin classes!
I’ve had chronic pain in my lower back/sciatica for many years, sometimes it’s worse than others. Recently I tweaked something in my back and the acute pain was excruciating. John’s massage therapy technique, and knowledge of the body are unsurpassed, and I left feeling much relieved, the acute pain was gone. I highly recommend his services!
