I made a reservation with this hotel and needed to cancel 5 days prior. They only refunded 1/2 of my money. I have called a couple times but was told the owner is the only one who can make the decision to refund the rest of my money. I doubt that will ever happen. What a joke. My reservation was for $178 and I got $89 back. Do not do business with this hotel.

Just checked out of this place yesterday and I have to say what a dump! This place is falling apart, it doesn't look like anyone has bothered to do any maintenance on the place in a few years! The pool and hot tub area is dirty, safety gates to keep the kids out are gone and there was good 1/4 inch of debris on the bottom of the pool and lukewarm tub. Stayed Sept 12, 2014 as part of a group with about 15-20 rooms. They overcharged my credit card and I tried for 3 months to get them to do a refund. Never happened so I filed a police report and have a case number. At least 2 other group members were overcharged and haven't received their refunds. Be wary!
