It’s a Dump, Apartments with broken windows vacant apartments with busted sliding doors glass everywhere easy accessible to children ,yards and never maintained,trash in the driveway as always anything wrong with the apartment they do not fix !stove heat I know people live there they don’t have heat most of the time I really could go on and on but please don’t run from them! Not even suitable for the rats,roaches,nets and flies who run them... Full of mold and mildew all units have plumbing issues leaks rats roach they don’t have not one experience employee and they don’t care or fix anything a waste

Maintenance don't come and fix anything inside the home...Air been broke for 2 months now...Office staff takes your rent & constantly lie about what they as a team will do but never come by 2 do anything.
The worst apartment ever! I mean ever! The management was always changing. I had sewer backup in my tubs for weeks. No hot water in the bathrooms , infested with roaches. Cats roam the property, scratching your vehicle and sleeping and urinating in the on site laundry facilities. The parking and outside lights were always off. About 4 months right before I left, I switch on a circuit breaker switch in the laundry room that turned the outside lights on. We recently filled out an application like last month regarding your 2 bedroom that was not available til the 7th. I simply left voicemails on your phone to call me and my partner back and no one responded back. Now I see it’s sold... I think we rather not apply with y’all anymore if y’all can’t respond to anything then I’m seeing nothing but bad reviews on the place.
Horrible living conditions took forever to fix my a/c and now my best friend is going on two miles the without them fixing her a/c!
DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE EVER SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE.
