They mess with you and try to act "all cutesy." They definitely take advantage of and manipulate women. I do not trust them at all. Every. Single. Time. That I go in, they say one thing is wrong and will fix the issue, but then...... "bad news" and more is found to be wrong and doublely expensive parts and repair needs to be done. Literally. Every time.
I had a flat tire and brought my car to Belle Tire in Lawrence, Indiana. I showed up around 10 minutes before closing time and asked if they could fix it. I spoke with Anthony who was very nice and checked my tire out that was flat and said they could repair it. I asked how much it would cost and they said free! BUYER BEWARE...said I needed new brakes and rotors. Got a 2nd opinion and my brakes and rotors were fine. Also, wanted to charge me $256 to replace a battery. Went to AutoZone down the street and they did it for nothing minus the cost of the battery.
Clarence and Dave and team ALWAYS go above and beyond when I come into their store. I have taken 2 of my own vehicles as well my mother's to them. I wouldn't want to take them anywhere else.
Clarence was absolutely amazing, he’s the assistant manager, I highly recommend going to him. I had been to a different belle tire on Southport road for years and was ready to give up on belle tire. Clarence changed my mind, I will always go to him. Very transparent about what needs to be done with the vehicles, goes over pricing and I can confidently say he’s the most transparent/trustworthy person I have ever had work on my car. Thank you!
