Very very disappointed in bells tire I brought my car in to have service new spark plugs and a new thermostat on 8/5 and I still wasn't able to pick it up until the next day one of the text broke the heater cord and they told me it was ready and I picked it up before I can leave the property they found out that it still wasn't ready I had to leave and come back and they called me and said it was ready got here and they still said 15 more minutes Clarence and Drew were very helpful but they need better technicians and they ar... read more
They mess with you and try to act "all cutesy." They definitely take advantage of and manipulate women. I do not trust them at all. Every. Single. Time. That I go in, they say one thing is wrong and will fix the issue, but then...... "bad news" and more is found to be wrong and doublely expensive parts and repair needs to be done. Literally. Every time.
I had a flat tire and brought my car to Belle Tire in Lawrence, Indiana. I showed up around 10 minutes before closing time and asked if they could fix it. I spoke with Anthony who was very nice and checked my tire out that was flat and said they could repair it. I asked how much it would cost and they said free! The guys there had my car fixed in less than fifteen minutes! BUYER BEWARE...said I needed new brakes and rotors. Got a 2nd opinion and my brakes and rotors were fine. Also, wanted to charge me $256 to replace a battery. Went to AutoZone down the street and they did it for nothing minus the cost of the battery.
Clarence and Dave and team ALWAYS go above and beyond when I come into their store. I have taken 2 of my own vehicles as well my mother's to them. I wouldn't want to take them anywhere else.
