Belle Tire will forever have my business. They have serviced many of our vehicles, and even worked with us after spending thousands at a local mechanic only to find the issue was not properly repaired. Most importantly is their customer service. CLARENCE deserves employee of the year. Came in the door @ 9:45am and there wasn’t ANYONE sitting in the lobby. Clarance and the other guy working at the counter, just kept typing away. Whatever they were doing didn’t acknowledge me till I walked up in front of Clarance and he finished what he was typing, and then looked at me, which I assumed meant to give him the phone number. As he was typing my stuff in a young man walked in that had an appointment for four tires, and the other guy helped him which makes perfect sense, he had an appointment. Just got 2 new tires today and definitely going back in a couple weeks to get 2 more!! Got me in and out in no time!! Awesome customer service from Franklin!
I called to see if they had a long wait time they did not so I went there waiting for a little bit they got me in and I was out
