Jeffrey was very polite and compassionate. He was helpful and considerate to my situation. He made sure that my car was safe to put my kids in after it fell off the jack while changing a tire in the rain. I will be a returning customer for sure.
While traveling for business, the dreaded tire light popped up at highway speeds. Found the closest Belle Tire and made a beeline there. The crew was FANTASTIC! They had my car up on a lift within less than 5 minutes of arrival. Found the leak and went straight to patching it for me. Shoutout to Quinton for making it painless! Thank you all for the peace of mind while traveling. Belle Tire for any of you tire needs!
Replaced breaks on mother-in-laws jeep. Break lines were repressurized and vehicle wouldn't stop safety. Bought two new tires for a separate vehicle. TMPs weren't synced. An one new tired the sensor didn't work at all. In neither of these cases were the issues resolved with the shop. Essentially told us it's not their problem and would require additional payment to resolve issues caused by them. I strongly suggest taking your vehicle somewhere else if you expect services to be rendered correctly.
Pull up try to get air, air machine outside is broken like always at this location pull to the side to get air. The extra large manager told me I had to come in to get air then immediately after that a white lady pulls up and guess what they put air in her tire and she didn't have to come in after I came in. He told me I had to go back outside to get air seemed racist to me.
