Taking 2 hours to patch a tire is crazy.
Dishonest or incompetent—take your pick. Quoted me one price, then added nearly $300 to the bill after failing to fix the issue with the parts they promised. They also tried to pad the bill with a radiator flush I didn't ask for. Terrible communication and predatory pricing. I won't be back.
Horrible service. I was called and told my tire was ready for pickup, but when I arrived at 04:40 PM it was not ready at all. I ended up waiting over an hour, despite being told it would be ready by 11:00 AM today. The manager on duty, Evan (I believe that was his name), provided no clear explanation or updates.
