This is the second time we have taken a vehicle in for an alignment and told there were over $700 in repairs in order to align. Both times we took the vehicle to the OEM for second opinion and was told by the OEM that there were no issues and they aligned it just fine. The employees who work the front desk are super customer friendly and easy to deal with. This is the reason they get 2 stars & not 1.
Belle Tire is great, but this location was slow. My truck went in the bay 30 min after appointment time, and then what should be a 30 min service took over an hour. Plenty of staff around, not sure what they were all doing. I'll stick with other locations where appointment times and customer time are respected.
Damion and the rest of the team at this Greenfield location did a wonderful job getting my tires and steering realigned in an efficient, timely, and affordable manner. On top of the quick service and thorough explanations of what was going on, Damion also cultivated an incredibly welcoming and trusting environment that made me feel confident leaving my vehicle there for its servicing. I will eventually take this review down because I always get creepy comments but I want to give a review of our time at Belle yesterday and today. We broke down late at night on I 70 just outside of Indianapolis last night. AAA called for a patrol officer to come assist us because it was late and we had my 2 year old grandson with us and we were on the shoulder of an interstate. He was able to get a tow truck to us much faster than AAA and they towed my vehicle to Belle and took us to the Fairfield Inn (also an incredible pl... read more
