We came into the shop today and Chase was super helpful and got us back on the road quickly.
Took my Mustang in here today for an alignment and to get a tire patch done. Justin was absolutely wonderful to deal with, very personable and made sure to answer any questions I had. I was in and out in a pretty fair amount of time. I absolutely suggest bringing your vehicles here, they treat people very well and after going to another business here in town and being charged DOUBLE the labor rate because they lied on paperwork about how long they even had my car trying to charge more labor hours, I will always be coming her... read more
Belle Tire is messed up. They sold us 4 tires with a warranty. We got a flat. Instead of honoring the warranty, they're making us pay for a new tire, and then forcing us , the customer, to file for a reimbursement from whatever department handles that kind of thing. This is absurd, and absolutely nonsensical. If a customer has a warranty on an item, you REPLACE THAT ITEM AT YOUR COST. PERIOD. THERE'S ABSOLUTELY NO REASON TO MAKE THE CUSTOMER TAKE TIME OUT OF THEIR DAY TO FILE FOR A REIMBURSEMENT FOR SOMETHING UNDER WARRANTY.... read more
Great tire shop. I had a blown out tire and was I was in a bad situation. Even though they were super busy they mounted a new tire on my rim and had me out of there in under 20 mins. I'm super grateful they helped me out. I told them I'll take any tire. I'm super glad they put a high end Michelin tire on. Thanks again!!!!
