I made a new tire appt for the upcoming weekend. During that wait period I started to experience what sounded to me was brake pad noise. At that point I parked the car and used another until I could make my appointment. I get to my appt and speak with Paul. I attempt to bring awareness to the potential brake noise issue and where I may or may not stand as far as a repair. Been getting my tires here for about 5 years now. I will never go anywhere else. The service is impeccable, the staff is friendly and professional, and they always go out of their way to explain things to you. Prices are very reasonable, and I always feel safe in my car leaving their shop. Thank you all for your wonderful work.
went for new tires and it turned into a nightmare. Place is not really concerned with accountability. Not deserving of a 1 star since the tires made it on the vehicle but probably worth it to just go to Costco across the street or a different location.
