I had an appointment to get my tire changed. I arrived on time and it took them 2 and a half hours to change it. They have to be playing uno back there or something bc they immediately took my car into a bay and there’s at least 15 employees back there. I have never ever had a place take that long to change a tire. Usually it takes 30 min tops. On top of that my keys were left in my unlocked car & at checkout the wrong keys were in with my paperwork. I would never ever come here again or recommend this place to anyone. This ... read more

I am so greatful for the team in this branch, I just came back from a trip to find a flat tire, I made my car work to make it to the shop, it was a Saturday around 2 (they close at 5). I called before and they said bring it in, they not only fixed my tire, they provided a great customer service, I was very clear I was ok to purchase a tire if needed, I just wanted to get home to Evansville that day.
