I had a 10:30am appointment for 4 new tires. They said it would take 2 hours, it took 3 hours. No updates, but there were 3 managers or workers waiting for customers to come in. One or two of them could be working on cars.
10/10 Service! All the service reps were very friendly and attentive. They went above and beyond with my service request. Highly recommend!
I have used Belle tire over the years when their Muncie location was closer to me but when I lived I then used the 82nd str Location where I Met PAUL, Paul gave me the worse service experience I have experience I have gotten in all my life, beside the sneer and Rolling his eyes.
