I would not even give them a star. I purchased 4 tires and one of them was bad. After replacing that tire- I noted the tire would deflate in about a week. They put air in my tire a few times. I went this morning to get air put in the- 2nd bad tire they gave me. I was outyside the bay and I was completely ignored from inside, I went inside and asked if they could put air ijn one of my tires- I had a mandatory work meeting and was in a rush. Took my Fiance's car in to have an Alignment done after a little too close encounter with a guardrail. (I figured there may be something wrong, but didn't expect much.) They did get the car in Very quickly, that is where the positives end. The Guy ran the Alignment tester machine and told me, "Its way bad." "Undrivable" he also said. Came in for a plug and 45 minutes later, i get asked to come and look at my car with only 60,000 miles. I was handed a nearly $1,000 estimate for struts, shocks, an alignment and tie rod repair. I said, "what about the tire?" Oh, he'll patch that right up... very slow service.

Had 4 tires put on our Saturn Aura 2007 along with rotor smoothing; oil being changed and a tire sensor being replaced. My wife took it home and the next day the battery was completly dead. No items were left on overnight and you could not even get a click from the battery. This Bell Tire indicated they were not responsible for this condition they said it was a bad coincidence. If your expecting Bell Tire to support you when there is a problem that they can get out of. Don't

Ryan was very helpful. I called and told him the tires I was looking for and how much I had to spend. He worked with me and didn't try to add extras or anything. The price was a penny over but he got that. LOL :) I also noticed how they treated othere customers. They took their time and explained things to them. Ryan even gave out a number of a place that had the tire the lady since they didn't have it and told her that they could put it on for her is wanted. I get my auto repairs (2003 Envoy) tires, headlights, brakes, etc. from Belle Tire since I purchased vehicle new after warranty expired. Staff, service, warranties are excellent. I'm a senior citizen & very pleased w/cost of repair compared to dealership & how well I'm kept informed w/issues related to my vehicle. Good service!
