Jake who is a "manager" had an attitude and was about to get popped in his mouth he is the worse salesman do not deal with him if you ask a question about your car after waiting three and a half hours he will say"I can bring it down if you want" which he is referring from off the lift so you can leave over all I hope he dies...
This place is awesome. Honest. Very good quality work. Prices are good if not better than most. We used to use their store on Plainfield but moved to the SE side of GR. Then the service writer I liked mover here too. Great!
If I could give them a no star rating I would - I think they take advantage of people and they talk people into getting services they don't need. This is just a way for them to make money off of people that do not have the knowledge about cars to know better. Take your car someplace else that won't rip you off.

No impressed with Belle Tire, Auto Repairs. They had my car two days, couldn't give me the part number of my needed part and my car wasn't repaired as promised. The excuse was, they received the wrong part. I don't believe this by any means. Go to the dealer for repairs.
i.e., A local favorite, or highly recommended becauseI would of given no stars if possible! I went to this Belle Tire because of a tear on the side wall of a tire. I have a old small car with lots of miles so I was hoping to get a cheap replacement tire as well as another tire for the other front side. They took 45min. to get my car in to replace the tires after I called them to ask if they were available for IMMEDIATE replacement. (With three other garage stations completely open) They also broke my hubcap and failed to take responsibility and have it replaced. Overall a horrible experience, they aren't worth the wait or the money.
went for a wheel alignment and they came back saying i needed ball joints and tie rod ends.went to another location and they did the alignment for me, they told me an idler arm may be need replacing later down the road. this was the third time in less than a week i heard the same story.
The service here is amazing. I'm on my second set of tires from them and they are great. I'm having one replaced due to a run in with a giant pot hole, but they are checking over the hole car for damage just incase. The only times I've had to wait at all was when they were having a great sale and everyone wanted tires at the same time. It took a while, but the price was well worth it.
