Id give it negitive star if possible....DONT GET ANY OTHER SERVICES BESIDES TIRES these "professionals" couldnt tell me what a noise was untill a yr later when it was out of warranty.....and still couldnt find it until my wife....yes my wife had a nervous breakdown outfront...of their store....i.e.. Strut bolts were sooooo lose that they would shift with the steering.....only took 3 time and $3k...good job team....GOOD FRICKING JOB....the only work they do for me is warranty work......BALD TIRE

Great tires, great service. I had to wait a few hours because I was a walk-in and they were busy, but I got a great deal on the tires and they installed them as fast as they could considering that they were having their Memorial Day sale. I've used Belle Tire for years now and can always count on them.

The glass I needed repaired was shipped to the wrong location. Belle Tire was super nice and arranged for it to be done the next day and for free because of the error. I could not be happier with my customer service experience. I will definitely be recommending them to all my friends in the area that need car work. Thanks!
Truly wrectched sales team. Service guys seem legit. Expect to be talked down to as though you didn't spend $1000 on winter tires and have had to come back 3 times because 3/4 tires aren't holding air. Unapologetic, rude, scamsters. My grandmother, my father, my aunt have all learned a valuable lesson, Belle Tire Lansing stinks.

I wanted to give a big shout out to the guys at Belle Tire for doing such an amazing job getting me in and out in less than 90 minutes to get 4 new tires today! It was an extremely busy day for tire places and Discount Tire told me 4 hours! Belle Tire not only gave me great service but they were happy to let Ziva come in and help entertain people in the waiting area! Well done Belle Tire!! You now have my business from now on!
Made an appointment for 6 PM. Show up early, they were closed. The stupid crew looked at me like an alien and offered to do the change in the morning. Not even an I'm sorry, but there was an error in our scheduling system. This is horrible customer service.
