I have a long commute from Grand Rapids to Lansing every morning. West Michigan got it’s first taste of winter this week, and my car’s tires had low air. I stopped at this location around 7:30 yesterday expecting to use the self-service machine since this location wasn’t supposed to open until 8. A worker offered to air up my tires and it took no time at all. These businesses are super busy around this time as everyone’s hurrying to get their vehicles winter ready, so I was especially impressed with this service!
I can always count on reliable communication and quality work. Customer service is the reason this location has loyalty. Thanks for courteous quality Dan Stewart
Whether I’ve been in Grand Rapids or Lansing day be frequented belle tire for the last 20 yrs. their service communication and integrity are appreciated. The store n Saginaw hwy in grand ledge has been amazing each time I’ve used them the last 5 yrs. Love these guys
I brought in my terrain for an oil change and tire rotation, and the techs found a NAIL in one of my tires and a BUBBLE in another. I left with a fresh new set of tires, an oil change, and a smile. the service was terrific and Timothy was helpful, and even proved the issues by showing me the nail and bubble. highly recommend!
they fix my tire on less than an hour!!
Got me in quick and got the job done.
Brought my van in to get an oil change and while there the team found that I had a bad wheel bearing. They fixed it fast and got me back on the road for a great price. Thanks to Josh Brennan for the great customer service.
Love going to see Felix when I need things for my car. He's always pleasant & helpful. Great service!
