Probably the worst auto shop in town. Joe is great but other than him they have the worst customer service(specially Ali). Incompetent workers that can't seem to coordinate among themselves and get your order on time. Broken promises and lies that aren't worth your time. Take your business elsewhere
Repeat customer here. Stopped in to have them look at a low tire. I was told they'd get me in within a few minutes. I checked back several times and finally left after waiting over an hour. If you are too busy to look at it, just say so, but to have me keep waiting when I was up front about having to be in and out in an hour was just a waste of my time. I'll take my business elsewhere.
My tire replacement took 3 hours, only to blow again inside of 30 miles. Bad luck im sure.
Would not trust them to fix my 10 speed bike. They honestly do not know how to fix bearings on my 01 kia rio because its been done 3 times in the last 5 months and its still not fixed correctly.
Thanks Belle Tire for your help today. Not only were you very professional but when I left I felt more like family than a customer. Kudos to you and your wonderful staff and services.
My vote is out right now! My man Got a flat tire after buying new tires from them A month sgo ! If it was the Rim don , t I think the would tell him he needs rims too!! They gonna see a pissd of women come Monday
