With all of the flat tires coming from potholes here in Michigan, I knew I would have a wait to get my replacement rims and tires put on. What I didn't expect is that the guys would look out for my safety and do their best to find me a quality product at a reasonable price. Thank you for your excellent service and taking care of my car last week!
Belle tires is sorry they tried to take advantage of a 75 year old woman she brought her Tire up there to ask if it could be fixed they said no when she came back to get the tire she said that she would pay to have it put on because she was under the impression that they have fixed the tire because it was under warranty come to find out about what happened next my brother came over to put the tire on her car because my father is not able to do the job anymore to find out that the tire was not fixed it was still on a flat Bel... read more
I have no complaints. I needed 2 new tires and a oil change. Thankfully 1 tire was still under warranty. I was outta there in 1hr.
Not very impressed. Paid in advance for 4 fairly expensive tires. Made an appointment for 4pm today to have them installed. arrived early and was pleased they took it right back. I then proceeded to be assaulted by Fox News blaring in the background for 1 and 1/2 hours before the finally finished. Wats the point in making an appointment if walkins get quicker service?
In Dearborn visiting from Maryland. Called Thursday night to see if they had tires for my SUV. They did. Said be there at 8am when they opened and it would 1.5 hours. Done at 9am. Friendly service with a handshake. Wish they were in MD. Thanks guys.
