They do good work, and just alerted me that I needed a tire rod that my tire was wiggling, if not they hadn’t alerted me that could have been very dangerous.
quick write up, fast service
This is the first time I picked tires and made the arrangements to have them installed. Very simple process. Care was done exactly when it was supposed to. Painless experience with great service.
I had 2 locking wheel nuts that would not come off in order to finish a brake job. The dealership said they were damaged and they could not remove them. All I had to do was to go Belle Tire and they took off those locks no charge. I am a long time customer at Belle Tire and that will certainly continue. I want to say thanks to Jeff, the branch manager, for his dedicated help in helping his customers. Rick
I had to wait over 3hrs after I was told it would be an hour wait then when I asked how much longer he said I was next... then two cars that came after me was brought in before me so I asked again how much longer it might be (if told more than an half hour I would have left because I came straight after work and have five kids waiting on me) and I was told again I was next but that wasn't true so when the garage was full I was just going to get my keys and the guy pulled my van up front and changed my tire with a car jack.

I go to Belle Tire since I know they are dependable and have always done things right bye me. I went to Belle Tire this am to have my tire fixed, due to a nail was causing a slow leak. I got there early like they told me, and my tire was fixed in under an hour. The best part is they did it for free...……….now that made my day. Thanks Belle Tire.
Had the van from 8:00am-close, we pre- called day before to set up appointment. They never worked on truck. We stopped in four times that day to check on progress. Then when we asked manager to leave van outside locked with keys in it. He locked the van that wasn’t worked on in the shop. So the worker on call this weekend could not get his tools or van all weekend. Then to top it off we have to pay a driver to take them there Monday morning go get van that will make him late for the client on Monday. We are very upset!
