A customer for many years, I keep coming back. This week, a low tire brought me in. The tires were not purchased at Belle. Didn't matter. They pulled out a screw, patched it up and sent me on my way - no charge. Who does that these days? Amazing customer focus. Great job Belle!

I got new Michelin premier tires put on my jeep about 3 months ago, I brought them to get rotated yesterday and have them switch out something with a spare tire. When I got back to the shop the guy working tried to scheme me into telling me that I needed new tires soon when I got new ones at there location a few months ago!!! The guy should know by looking at them that they are still perfect and new! Even if I just had got the car, and I didn't know they were a few months old, what kind of person does that? Tyler was great to work with. Got it all down quickly and I got to sit at Panera and eat. Yum!!
Called and told them I had 2 used tires that I needed put on my truck and they were the same size as the other two they said come on in we will get it done ... Once I got there they told me that they couldn't mount them bc they were a different brand and could be a liability... Would have been nice to tell me that before the 20 min drive to Holland...

If your truck is an AWD vehicle, it is an industry standard that all tires must have identical tread patterns and be the same make and model as drive-train issues may arise should be mismatched or have a large difference in tread depth.
