Good service good polite staff
I always come to belle tires because customer service is always five �’s . Like today i walked in right at close w a punctured tire and they took care of me. Million thank yous

The tires we bought from Belle are fine. But at the first "free" tire rotation, they found "a small problem." $1100 worth of work to the struts and shocks needed to be done, they said, plus an alignment. Not so fast... The parts listed on the estimate were double the price of the same parts found online. And an independent garage, where we've had repair work done previously, confirmed our suspicion that NO work needed to be done. You guys don't know how to put back my valve stem caps back. I keep having to buy new one because of your incompetence!!!!! Will never buy tires from you again. This makes 4 sets now. Who's paying for that?

Spoke to an employee in the morning and asked when I could bring my car in to have two new tires put on and how long it would take because I would be on my lunch break. He says bring it in anytime and it would be done within an hour. Brought it around 12:30pm, walked over to Panera got lunch sat there for like 45 mins, came back and it was still in the parking lot. Hadn't even been brought in yet! I then sat for another hour waiting for it to be done. It was ridiculous.
