RecommendedI had just purchased a pre owned car and was going to get my tires balanced and an alignment. There was a violent shake above 70mph. Writer Rob took excellent care of me and after I took it out for a test drive, the shake was still there. Since it was closing time, he insisted I come back the next day and they worked on it again. I’ve been going to this location for years. I’ve been there a lot (more than I would like haha). Every time I go in the workers are great they explain every thing and are super nice. They often times will do basic things free of charge for me, which is a reason I come back a lot. The wait can sometimes be long but there’s a reason for that and it’s cause the service is always great. Would highly recommend and obviously I’ll be back! 😊
Staff very helpful and tire repair handled promptly
Immediately after replacing tires, brake and traction control warnings appear. Belle wouldn’t even check without a fee. All sensors are in the wheel hub...seriously doubt it’s a coincidence as the manager insisted. Won’t be going back.
Super slow. Their response is always only got 1 tech for that. Would not recommend based on constant excuses for delays. The workers don’t update you after hours has past their approximate time frame.
Got there early like i was told so it won't be all day they lied ive been here since 7:30 seen many ppl come and go but im still here and they haven't even started on my car and it's 12:40 good customer service but slow as molasses so i guess they will continue to skip over my car to do others
