All the guys were reallly nice and we had some issues with my car but they were really helpful and accomodating. Highly reccomend!
Mike Lesperance, and I probably spelled it wrong, is the epitome of customer service. On two occasions he has listened to my concerns and absolutely did what was best for the customer. I have had several services performed here and have never had a complaint. Patrick also has my highest regard.

I drove in there for 2 front tires and an alignment. I was told 1 hour, 2.5 hours later I leave. As I'm driving away I hearing clunking in my front end that wasn't there when I pulled in. So I take it back and they say that my sway bars are broke. That's funny on Saturday hey were perfect and that's from a certified mechanic.

The only place to buy tires, fast, friendly and correct service the first time.
Poor service from management to the guys in the back who don't remove weights from tires before balancing and just add more weights on.
Always a great experience, they really take care of their customers and I wouldn't go anywhere else for my tire needs!!!

Yet another example of "it's not what you know it's who you know" <3 I have to give Belle Tire a huge shout out!!! We brought in some tires to be mounted and balanced so I can at least get my Sable up and running after having some huge car problems with my other car. Not only did they do this for free, but the tires I brought in weren't safe because the bead was split so they traded them out for different ones they had in back free of charge as well!!! Ty so much, you guys are awesome!!!!

Called Kan Rock tire in Bay City and got a tire quote and Belle always matches it,not this time,I guess I'm done getting my tires from Belle tire.
