They were very kind and helpful, AND they fixed my tire FOR FREE!!!!👍
had new tires in about an hour
Had an 8am appointment November 9th after they failed to have the tires in stock that were ordered last week. Got there at 8 am an had to wait 2 1/2 hours to get 4 new tires changed out. Customer service was horrible, employees very snarky. actually they suck. no organization, no apology for the2 plus hour wait. On a scale of 1 to 10 they get -3
I want to express my appreciation to Mike and the crew at Midland's Belle Tire. You have once again provided excellent service. You guys continuously find even the smallest of issues then fix them in a timely manner. You're great at being honest and reliable. If there isn't isn't a problem, you say so instead of looking until you find something to charge for. Plus they will advise of preventative measures to take into consideration. my tire fell off after they put new tires on and they would not stand behind it. it wrecked my 300.00 rim

Again a BIG shout out to the team at Bell Tire in Midland. Woke up with a flat this morning. Extremely busy, they still took my vehicle without an appointment, plugged the hole in my tire and replaced the valve stem. My surprise when he told me “no charge” and thank you for being a loyal customer. Just another reason, why I will go nowhere else for tires. Thank You Bell Tire. 🤗
