Great service, Great Techs, and Great pricing.
Loved this place today! We aren't from ann arbor we were down for an appointment and car started acting up. Ended up not being something they could fix but were very helpful finding us someone who could, and help us get set up with a rental. And were great with my 3 crazy kids running around for hours :) thanks for your help!!
I asked them if the could put in my blinker light bulb in they said no cause I didn't purchase it there. Ok that's fine. I asked if they could loosen the light and I'll do it myself they said no because that's labor. Really??? I'm getting brakes and rotors on my truck and you can't loosen a funky light... ok
I was in and out in 30 mins for an oil change today. They told me 1 hour. Got back in time from my lunch break. Thanks
I came in for a slow tire leak, an oil change and to have my brakes checked. Less than an hour later I am out the door for $38 and change. Great job!
Blew a tire today just north of 37b on 23 today. Made it to Belle Tire. They regretfully told me they had a five hour wait. Seeing our distress, knowing we had to get to an appointment at U of M Cardiology, they took our car in, put the spare on, and got us on our way, no charge. We made it to the appointment on time. Good people!
Always less time than they say, more than fair prices and always good professional, friendly service! For years, my total go to for all my cars, Jeeps and trucks!
Belle Tire on Washtenaw Ave is the best!! They have OVER delivered on service COUNTLESS times since the day I moved to Ann Arbor over 5 years ago and found a flat tire (after a 950 mile road trip). At this point, I wouldn’t go to a competitor even if the prices were cheaper! That’s when you know you’ve won a loyal customer! Thank you for excellent service! I appreciate you guys! �
