I am disappointed with the lack of service I received. The technician was unable to adequately diagnose the problem and after charging me $717 I was sent down the road to a mechanic that diagnosed the problem with a simple compression test. Keep in mind that the store manager sent me a follow-up email after our conversation and when I completed the online survey. He has never responded! Unfortunately I won’t be using Belle Tire again. Please do your homework beforehand.
I had a great expierence at the Belle Tire on Wastenaw Avenue. The techs we re e great and they also did a 4 wheel alignment. We were there for about an hour and a half
Good shop they don't look for extra things to charge you for they are busy for a reason because they treat you well
On 11/11/19 I had an appointment at the Belle Tire located at Arborland Center. The address is 3501 Washtenaw Ave. During this appointment I received good service. They took my car in immediately and began installing my new tires. On 11/15/19, I came out and my tire gage read that I had 14lbs, I was certain that this was an error as I had just purchased brand new tires and I had been having previous issues with my tire gage.
