I am disappointed with the lack of service I received. The technician was unable to adequately diagnose the problem and after charging me $717 I was sent down the road to a mechanic that diagnosed the problem with a simple compression test. Keep in mind that the store manager sent me a follow-up email after our conversation and when I completed the online survey. He has never responded! Unfortunately I won’t be using Belle Tire again. Please do your homework beforehand.
I asked them if the could put in my blinker light bulb in they said no cause I didn't purchase it there. Ok that's fine. I asked if they could loosen the light and I'll do it myself they said no because that's labor. Really??? I'm getting brakes and rotors on my truck and you can't loosen a funky light... ok
I had a great expierence at the Belle Tire on Wastenaw Avenue. The techs we re e great and they also did a 4 wheel alignment. We were there for about an hour and a half
Blew a tire today just north of 37b on 23 today. Made it to Belle Tire. They regretfully told me they had a five hour wait. Seeing our distress, knowing we had to get to an appointment at U of M Cardiology, they took our car in, put the spare on, and got us on our way, no charge. We made it to the appointment on time. Good people!
Good shop they don't look for extra things to charge you for they are busy for a reason because they treat you well
