First appointment of the day and I waited 15 minutes for an eyebrow appointment. Saw the employee who would be doing the service arrive on shift 5 minutes after my appointment time. Wax was not turned on prior to the appointment which caused more waiting. Still had to pay full price for service.
Other than not having extensions of my color in stock (may be God willing), the service and experience is WELL ABOVE expectations. Knowing cosmology, I felt safe with my virgin fragility hair in my stylist’s hands. She applies her natural beauty of a person in her work. As an educator/administrator/coach in public education, I value this in her professionalism. I’m more than impressed with her. She listen to what I wanted!!! I want 2 inches off for like a trim and she did it perfectly and gave me a the perfect curtain bangs. Totally book her again.
