This is my honest experience as a purchaser in dealing will Jason Bi from Belle Property in Rhodes. He was the agent selling a property in Breakfast Point. For the first 2 weeks of his campaign, we made numerous offers to the property but we eventually found out he was marketing the property without a Contract of Sale and this resticted us in signing a contract to present to the Vendor.
