The property Manager Peter Blacklaw is disgusting to deal with, speaks to tenants and trades like absolute crap, unorganized running around like a headless chook last minute for property inspections for hand over ..... Takes no responsibility when properties arnt ready and has a go at trades and tenants. Highly recommend everyone to stay well away from her unless you like be accused and spoken to like crap!

Amanda Young has been a very professional and helpful manager of our rental property (unit) in Mornington. She was incredibly supportive when the unit developed a serious water leak when we were holidaying in Lapland! I was very impressed with her communication and follow up on all that was necessary to help with this issue and also with the care of our tenant. We needed a rental property in Mornington for a couple of our workers working on a project in Mornington. Right from the beginning Gayle the agent was great and the property manager Rachel was brilliant to deal with. Nothing was too much and our communications were always friendly, cooperative and dealt with immediately. Great bunch of people.

Amazing Agent. Gayle was so lovely when I met her for the first time. She was helpful and knowledgeable of the property. The process was done so quickly and efficiently, I couldn’t ask for more. When I came in there was a card and some chocolate biscuits left aswell - that was a really nice touch - never have I experienced that before. Thank you again Gayle for such any easy move.
