Best experience buying a bike. Staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Really worked with me to get me on the bike i chosen. Service was quick also. I'd buy again from these guys!
My whole experience with Belle Plaine motorsports was beyond excellent. I was deciding between a street and speed triple and the salesperson, Mike, went above and beyond in making sure I got the motorcycle that was right for me. He even arranged to have me test ride both models even though there wasn't a speed triple available, now that's excellent service! I love this shop! Extremely competent mechanics, knowledgeable sales people, and the entire crew treats you more like a friend than a customer. I’ve been to other shops for service, parts, gear and no other shop ranks with the folks at Belle Plaine. I live closer to most of the shops in the cities but choose to go here. You won’t be disappointed.
Belle Plaine Motorsports is a great place to research and buy your motorcycle from. Mike was a great in helping choose the right ride for what I was looking to do. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all while I was browsing their extensive stock of cycles. Not only was the purchasing experience top notch but so is their service department. I love this store! Great personal service and so friendly. It's very much worth the drive compared to the 'big box' store.
It took over a month longer to order a SxS from them and when I would call to check on my order, their employee Mike would sound very annoyed that I was calling to check in. After taking so long to get in my order and waiting to assemble the SxS a couple days after it was delivered they also noticed parts were missing and it took another week for parts to come in and put it together. I took my purchase to another dealer that was respectful to their customers. DO NOT GO HERE
Outstanding customer service from the crew of BPMS. I go out of my way to their dealership for all of my motorcycle needs.
