I requested a regular mani and pedi. While the pedicure was rushed, I had no complaints about the service and quality. However, before the manicure started I changed my mind about nail polish color and asked the tech to show me the color palette again. I could see her getting visibly annoyed. When the manicure started she proceeded to file my nails with such force that I felt pain. I kept quiet and let her finish. While still in Delaware following Thanksgiving and a milestone birthday celebration for a family member, my mom promised my niece we would take her to get a mani and pedi.
