Lived here a little over a year now. Some of the neighbors are nice. The community needs a little work. Police says it’s the worst neighborhood to live in Belton. Maintenance is also not good. I’ve made plenty work orders that have no been seen about. I hear complaints of mice also. A lot of crime. Office personnel are not friendly and very pushy. They are also extremely unorganized. They’ve remodeled recently and let’s just say work still needs to be done. I’m in the process of moving.

I'm a single mom of 3 kids and this was the best place for me an my children!!!! People complain about the roaches or rats but ima constantly cleaning an spraying my own house an fixes things that I'm capable of fixing! Management an maintenance have always been nice an respectful. I don't what everyone else expects but belle oaks is not your parents they aren't there to take care of you! The first day I moved in there was a mouse that ran across my floor. This is the worst place for anyone to live. I always passed my inspections and had my apartment in order. Ms chattie evicted me after I had the police come because someone broke into my home. She was stealing money out of my checks and is the rudest manager. Wendy an the other lady working are racist an rude an they ask for information that is impossible to get. People Coraporate with them and they still treat people with hate an rudely .
