Lived here a little over a year now. Some of the neighbors are nice. The community needs a little work. Police says it’s the worst neighborhood to live in Belton. Maintenance is also not good. I’ve made plenty work orders that have no been seen about. I hear complaints of mice also. A lot of crime. Office personnel are not friendly and very pushy. They are also extremely unorganized. They’ve remodeled recently and let’s just say work still needs to be done. I’m in the process of moving.
Mrs. Beverly the manager is really the best she is doing good work fixing this place up and she has rid a lot of the riff raff I heard about this place. She really goes above and beyond to make sure things get done! Thank you Mrs. Beverly!
I was really uncomfortable there as soon as I drove in cops started following me I recognize someone I knew I stopped to talk to them and got harassed by the law I wouldn't recommend anyone to drive in there let alone live there
I'm a single mom of 3 kids and this was the best place for me an my children!!!! People complain about the roaches or rats but ima constantly cleaning an spraying my own house an fixes things that I'm capable of fixing! Management an maintenance have always been nice an respectful. I don't what everyone else expects but belle oaks is not your parents they aren't there to take care of you!
