They say they have dishwashers but they don't. They say they have play ground but they don't. The children just play out front of everyone's apartments. They play until 11.30pm. Even on school nights. They just remodeled. They told us it would take 4 days, its been over a year and they are still having to come in to fix things because they used the cheapest things. Lived here a little over a year now. Some of the neighbors are nice. The community needs a little work. Police says it’s the worst neighborhood to live in Belton. Maintenance is also not good. I’ve made plenty work orders that have no been seen about. I hear complaints of mice also. A lot of crime. Office personnel are not friendly and very pushy. They are also extremely unorganized. They’ve remodeled recently and let’s just say work still needs to be done. I’m in the process of moving.

I'm a single mom of 3 kids and this was the best place for me an my children!!!! People complain about the roaches or rats but ima constantly cleaning an spraying my own house an fixes things that I'm capable of fixing! Management an maintenance have always been nice an respectful. I don't what everyone else expects but belle oaks is not your parents they aren't there to take care of you! The first day I moved in there was a mouse that ran across my floor. This is the worst place for anyone to live. I always passed my inspections and had my apartment in order. Ms chattie evicted me after I had the police come because someone broke into my home. She was stealing money out of my checks and is the rudest manager. Nothing gets fixed and it's a dangerous place for kids. She knows all about the illegal activity going on and does nothing about it.
