I have lived at Belle Meadows for the past three months. Great apartments for a single person. Safe neighborhood, and a great place that allows pets! The appliances are slowly being updated and I had a few issues with the water because its so hard and I was not use to it. Overall, its a nice place for a SINGLE person or a couple to live. The manager is wonderful too!
This has been a very pleasant place to call home! I really enjoyed my stay here! The manager an others are vey nice an easy to work with!
We recently moved into Belle Meadows Apartments and we really like it. We were unsure about being in a community like this but after being here for a couple months-it's great. The Manager has been so helpful. She went above and beyond for us. We did not have a phone for a couple weeks and she let us use her phone and even faxed a few things for us until we got all settled in. When we moved in anything and everything that needed fixed was done in a timely manner the cleaning ladies were very pleasant. And for the price what more can you expect if you want a mansion then go pay the price. It's a nice quiet neighborhood and everyone seems rather pleasant.
These apartments refuse to fix anything. Also, when we moved in, the apartment was dirty. The manager scheduled a meeting in our apartment with her, the cleaning ladies, and the maintenance man. They came into our place and called us liars. We had to kick them out. They are rude and unprofessional. Do not rent from them!
