Where to begin with this place. I started renting from Belle Aire Apartments back in 2004. I guess you can say I was a long time resident of there. The buildings are very old (constructed in 1972) they have major issues with pests, water, and electricity. In several units the floors are bowed and warped due to iwater standing under the building.
