been a member for 54 years, since day I started at Bell of PA, even 25 years I lived away and they banking from afar so easy.
Poor customer service, very rude and belligerent!
Today @11:30 I walk into the Wyomissing Bellco Credit Union to make 3 deposits into our family’s account which we have multiple. I have never in my life been treated so badly by the teller as well as a manager in my whole history with Bellco. After speaking to the rude manager I withdrew all my money & am currently looking for a new bank. I am so deeply upset & shanked by the way a teller could treat a member for at least 15 banking with this bank. You didn’t need my business or my $$$$
They should close their doors bunch of frauds taking a man's car who didn't miss a payment because his wife died this credit union sucks
