I have no complaints. I appreciate their options with money market accounts and the ease of online banking. Most of all, I think that they have a great youth banking program.
I have had Bellco for years and transitioned to them from Berks Community FCU. If I have ever had an issue they have been very helpful. I use their online banking and mobile app daily. With the Mobile check deposit I actually don't have to go to the branch at all anymore. But it is good to know I can if I have a problem. Oh did I mention I love the Kasasa rewards program. Refunded ATM fees rules!!!
Great customer service! They care about their members and strive to help with their financial needs.
Worst customer service I've seen from a financial institution. For months we have been trying to close out accounts which my boyfriend's deceased father opened in his son's name. The latest excuse: they lost the signed form which *had* to be mailed to them via US Postal service. Please save yourself the aggravation and go elsewhere.
Consistently the worst customer service I have ever received from a financial institution. Have yet to encounted a single helpful customer service rep.
