There service is horrible and I will be closing my account after 20 years of business.
They randomly will peg a purchase as fraudulent and shut your card off. Then you have to wait 10 minutes for them to call you to verify the purchase. Its panic inducing plus embarrassing to say the least. I'm done with them.
