Avoid this bank, there are better credit unions with clear communication and follow up. My auto loan took much longer to process due to lack of responsiveness and misinformation that I was given. The terms changed at the very end of the loan process and I am quite disappointed by the lack of help from loan processing. Again bank elsewhere.
Rita is awesome. She handled my refi extremely well and fast. Been a member for 15+ years and this was another reason to stay.

I had submitted an online loan application and was assigned to Rita at the Stapleton Branch. The online process became very difficult (my fault) but Rita kept at it over several days and I was able to close. She contacted me, listened to my request, and suggested a better way to meet my needs. I have been a Bellco member for over 50 year's and Rita is the top person that I have contacted at Bellco.
