Horrible communication and customer service. I had a scheduled appointment to set up a bank account for a minor and they gave away my appointment time to a walk in. The manager told me to come back later or wait until help came back from lunch.

Bellco Credit Union is a not for profit credit union. Recently I've been getting extremely disgusted with the service there. I've been using Bellco Credit Union for years, but am seriously thinking about leaving and banking with someone else who can meet my financial needs. I've had two car loans and paid both off, (on time on one & early on the second) but now they won't finance me on another car.
