Pretty dissapointed ...paid for a wheel rotation and balance .. we note on the tyre what's what so WE know what rotated where WE usually do it but thought..oh while its there...why not THIS WAS NOT DONE AT ALL VERY DISSAPOINTED ....WHAT ELSE DID WE PAY FOR THAT WE DIDNT GET WARNING ✋️

You can't ring through and talk to a person, put on hold for 5 to10 minutes and then not very helpful at all.

I am certain they don't have an understanding of what Customer Service is! We are travelling around this great country towing our Caravan with our newly purchased TI-L Patrol we purchased prior to starting our trip. We tried to book a service almost weeks prior to getting into town and supplied all details as per their request. We were told they would fit us in on the dates we supplied we would be in town and they would be in contact. Terrible customer service. Our Nissan went in for a service and came back with a cracked/broken engine shroud and new oil leak. After reporting the issue we had no reply/ explanation. The few times we did have our car serviced there we experienced a number of rude staff members. Do yourself a favour and look elsewhere for good customer service and quality workmanship.
