I just called for a skoda transmission service and these people are mannerless doesn't give a good reply and been calling 5 times and never call me back They asked for my car reg and vin number but didn't call me back I won't recommend these people to anyone
Terrible for servicing if you have any issues with your car. We have a warranty issue which was discovered 2 months ago during its 5 year service still in warranty when the service was done. But 2 months later and I can't even get an answer out of them if skoda is going to fix it under warranty. Known issue with this car already fixed once when it was 3 years old. We called every week for the first month, always told we'll have to look into that and call you back, never once got a call back. I even went and sat down at the d... read more
On travelling up to Queensland from Sydney I had a problem with my new Kodiaq. These guys sorted it promptly and with no questions asked! I was back on the road in no time thanks to their technicians and my Skoda warranty. Would like to mention Jeremy, my point of contact. He was a real credit to both his dealership and to Skoda. I love my Skoda, even after this issue and would heartily recommend the car, but more especially, this dealership.
