In my particular case Jesse's patience was the most important asset to finding me a house. I recently moved here from California and was fairly confused by some of the things particular to the Virginia market. Jesse was great. After having a few other agents over several years we were happy to have an agent that was not pushy and was available to show us houses when we were ready. He never seemed inconvenienced when we wanted to look at a house or when we had a question. We found Jesse when we no longer had an agent and wanted to look at a house asap, we were lucky, he was available. Jesse also came over after our move in to help us move a very heavy piece of furniture!
Jesse is a great guy! And a dedicated realtor! He goes the extra mile and is extremely communicable. He stays with you throughout the entire process, and doesn't stop helping you find the right place...he remembers who you are and works to find the right home for you. Jesse did a great job for us! Good interaction early on (before officially hiring him as buyer agent). Right amount of proactivity, without being pushy. Once engaged, the listings / showings were quality. Very timely responses to emails/texts. We changed desired geographies 3 times and he just rolled with it. Made alternative recommendations which sometimes we liked, but not pushy with his own agenda. We recommend Jesse to both local move and especially relocations.
Jesse helped us thru the process of buying a beautiful home in Staunton, he was on top everything right up to handing over the key!! Highly recommend him!!!
Jesse was incredibly helpful and always reachable via phone, email, or text anytime we had any questions are concerns. The home we purchased was hours from our current home, so we were not always available in person for inspections and such. Jesse's experience and commitment made purchasing a home a very easy and seamless process. We would absolutely recommend him to anyone else and would use his services again in the future for our next home.
