AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS, especially if you have long, curly hair! My visit was a complete catastrophe. I requested a root touch-up and a long, layered, textured haircut, using a translator to be crystal clear since the staff didn’t speak English. The stylist nodded, showed me straight-hair photos (a massive red flag I ignored), and acted like they understood. What I got was an absolute horror show. Alejandra es maravillosa! Me encantó como me dejó el pelo, tiene mucha paciencia. La atención al cliente es al 100 en este salón. Es muy lindo el local,y son muy amigables y atentas. Todo el Proceso de arreglar mi pelo, Alejandra me dio recomendaciones de cómo me quedaría mejor el Pelo. No hay suficientes palabras para describir lo maravilloso que es este salón.
