Jon was a great person to work with on the roof project. He had a lot of knowledge and experience on what needed to be done at my new home. I was comfortable with the price and the quality of the materials chose for my roof. The team came out redecked the entire roof and completed the shingle install in one day and cleaned up absolutely perfect. Not one nail anywhere around the house. Thank you and look forward to working with Bella roofing for all my roofing projects!
Jon and his crew were wonderful to work with super fast and job was wonderfully done for as much work as we needed done!
Really great communication from Jon. Completed the roof when they said and in good timing. My biggest issue is the smart vents. While I understand their purpose and Jon was will to provide a warranty and explanation, they are visually unattractive (detracts from curb appeal) and already causing issues with a potential sell of the home. The look and placement of the vents should be discussed with the owners before installation. We will need to have them covered or redone.
Excellent and very efficient group with reasonable pricing! Highly recommended.
