totally disorganized and difficult. then when i finally placed an order, they didn't complete it by the promised date and told me their larger customers come first. fine. i will go elsewhere. do not buy from these irresponsible people.
The pillows here are professionally made, the staff very helpful and knowledgeable. Pillows are custom and they only sell to wholesalers, not to the public. Service is excellent.
