I have been a bridesmaid in several weddings and this was the worst experience and worst fitting dress I have ever had. The lady told me that the dress brand ran really small and the sample dresses was stretched out and not true to size, so she convinced me that I needed to order several sizes bigger. The dress fits awful: it is huge everywhere and looks like a large sack hanging off of me. It’s going to be really expensive to alter too. Thank you for your review. I’m sorry your dress did not fit properly. We will gladly take it up at no charge if the size was wrong. We do our best to double check our measurements and show each customer the manufacturers size chart and let the customer chose the size they feel most comfortable ordering. Since you ordered in October, we have implemented a new policy where we have the bridesmaids try a dress on to check the size as well. We are always striving to be the best and give excellent customer service.
The employee there were amazing would definitely recommend them and the prices are great and so is the selection

Bella’s was absolutely hands down the best shopping experience my daughter and I have had while looking for a formal gown! The store itself is new, bright, elegant, clean, amazing! The selection of gowns to choose from is awesome! The ladies helping us in the store and later as I preordered over the phone were friendly, honest, extremely helpful, and not pushy at all.
