We are so sorry you did not have the experience that you expected. Our most expensive wedding dress is $3,000 while most are around $1,509. We would not purposely pull dresses out of a Bride’s price range. We love our customer’s!! Congratulations on finding your wedding dress.
I do not normally write reviews, even when the service is bad. However, I felt compelled to do so in this case to save someone from experiencing the same thing that I did. I would recommend that you get your dress elsewhere. I went wedding dress shopping at Bella's and I fell in love. The attendant Kendall did an excellent job. They had a great selection of dresses. I went to Bella’s first looking for my wedding dress. Carolyn was my consultant and was amazing. I tried on several and told her what I wanted. She pulled the last one that I tried on and it ended up being my dress. I can not say enough good things about Bella’s and Carolyn!
My daughter was entering her high school pageant. We went to Bellas to look for her dress. We had an amazing experience. After we found the perfect dress we met with alterations. Her dress fit perfectly, thanks to Rita. We were able to get her accessories there also. A month later we went back for her prom dress and I had another wonderful experience. Everyone working there was so professional. I would definitely recommend Bellas to anyone needing a wedding, pageant, mother of the bride or prom dress!

We love our brides and want everyone to receive excellent customer service. Our staff will be going through extensive training this week to make sure this does not happen in the future. The people working were not helpful at all. I came in wearing gym clothes and I almost feel like they were looking down on me. I would never buy a dress from here. Super snooty!

Most of our pageant and prom clients come in wearing gym or dance clothes all the time. I apologize for us not being more help in assisting you for your formal this Friday.
I loved shopping with Bella’s! Carolyn did a great job at helping me find what I wanted and the lady who did my alterations was amazing!
Everyone here is amazing and the store is beautiful! Kendal helped me find my dream wedding gown in under 45 minutes. Couldn’t be happier �
