Chelsea Park is a great place to live if you're on a budget. It's very inexpensive, so you can't expect the Taj Mahal, but the apartments are fairly large for this area and price range, and you'll get a decent place to live without many problems. They're pretty good about maintenance requests, and I have to give the staff a lot of credit.
