Affordable, but it is owned by one of the big American vet companies who gives no oversight to the staff. Oversight is left to the manager who defended staff who were incompetent and dishonest when caring for my foster cat. I won't go back. I found a vet clinic owned by an actual vet and not an American company.
Heidi is the single greatest staff member we’ve had the pleasure of meeting. She doesn’t take BS and she lets you know your next steps in clear and certain terms. I feel like when you have a good front of house, the back of house doesn’t mess around.
Easy to get appointment. Friendly staff. Doesn't burn a hole in your pocket for basic things like vaccines. Enough parking space in front of the clinic. Edit 03 Oct 2026 : Dr. ElPrince is the most amazing vet! He actually listens to the pet parents and does not just hand out text-book treatments. He tries to understand the complete situation, rather than just looking at the symptoms in isolation. Gives us so much peace of mind every time! Thank you!
Ive been going to this clinic with my cat since I got him 4 years ago. They are always available to see him at short notice and give us the best attention and care I could ask for. The receptionist is kind and personable, making me feel relaxed even when I call in a high stress scenario. The vets and techs are thorough and take the time to explain everything and keep me at ease. My cat can be very anxious and they are gentle and kind to him always. I would recommend them to everyone who needs their pet taking care of
