Kind, helpful. Didn't push expensive treatment.
While their services are definitely a bit cheaper than other vets, the communication with this location is terrible. I've tried calling them over the last 3 days, waiting on hold for over 7 minutes each time with no answer. I understand that it can be busy at times, however not being able to get through by phone for days at a time impacts ones ability to seek vet care. Are we expected to just show up in person every time we need to book/change an appt, ask a question, get a quote, etc...? I've brought my puppy here recently ... read more
