Great staff at the office Love this place. Will continue renewing the lease. I love the fact that it is not a huge complex so they are able to keep up the property. Patty and Kim are awesome!

Theres no place like home. My family lives through out the complex - from one end to the other- , and we have had nothing but exceptional experiences. The property is kept up with very well, the apartments are very modern and spacious, has a peaceful community of families, prompt and courteous maintenance team, and has a genuine management team. Peaceful Place To Live Great little community. Surrounding is very quite. They have different floor plan for your choose. The management is very nice and respond very quick to any problem you have. Very convenience to any where. Bus stop just at the front road. A large park cross the road. Love this community!

Great place to call home This place really is a community. Families and nice residents are everywhere here and I never have any trouble with anyone. Managment is great at keeping the complex clean and neat and the location is perfect for easy getting to any part of houston. They are always upgrading things - new picnic tables, tree trimming, landscaping etc. Love it here.
Painter Wonderful little community to live in. Ive been living here a little over 2 year n the service hadn't been all good in the past but since the new management took over its been way better. My requests get done when i call, the manager Debbie is so kind n treats everyone with respect. The maintenance staff are very courteous and respectful which I don't have any complaints.
