Dr.Vela does good work and I appreciate him
Very professional and great doctor, we were referred by family to see Dr. Vela. We are not from Houston and visited the clinic for an emergency due to trauma to my son’s tooth, they accommodated us and saw my son even when they lost power due to the storm in Houston. Scheduled an appointment for the procedure and was in and out in 40 minutes. Dr. Vela called the next day to check on my son. Very caring and truly professional.
The kindest, most gentle and logical aapproach to dentistry. Dr. Vela always takes a let's-wait-and-see approach and does not rush into anything. My child has had fillings and is absolutely not afraid of the dentist due to their approach.
We called them to schedule our appointment for our twin 4 year olds first dentist appointment. I asked to confirm in network and if the visit was completely covered. I provided our insurance and was told that the visit would be completely covered. Concluding the visit, we had a co pay to pay, which was odd, but we paid it. Think it was $50 a child so $100.
