They had a really bad German cockroach infestation and did not address it for a long time. There were also mice in the building. This was at 2304 Harriet Ave.

I was evicted for reporting black mold on my bathroom ceiling. The mold originated from the neighbor above me. There was no option for relocation and I was not allowed to ask questions. I was serviced the eviction notice on Oct 31, as I was told, was the last day of the Minnesota fall season. I write this review as I only now finally have a good living situation. I've lived in one of their units for 6 months. Its a nice unit for a decent price. There haven't been any issues. Bellair seems to be a good landlord which is a rare thing. After the trainwreck of my previous landlord it is nice to live in a building where there are no issues.

I lived in unit 106 at 2304 Harriet Ave. This whole unit was a mess from the beginning to the end. The apartment flooring was uneven, so there's a slight slant down from the living room to the bedroom. Toilet bowl had terrible water stains that could have easily been cleaned with hydrogen peroxide but were left for the next tenant to address.
