Wanted to like it ...nice atmosphere but really bad service. Looooong wait for drinks that eventually were served in the wrong glasses, server never brought our apps so we asked them to take off our bill, she did nothing to apologize or comp us for our trouble (except a quick “sorry”). Took forever to pay our check, we were last customers out because we needed to wait to pay by credit card. They couldn’t handle a full house & it was disappointing. It was extremely crowded an very hot inside. Food was good an arrived in a fair amount of time. We will go back to try the pizza an give it another chance.
I was there with my husband, son and his wife and our 2 granddaughters. It was 48 deg outside. We had reserved a corner booth due to 6 people. We had to ask 3 times for the blasting blowing heat to be turned down. It was so hot I couldn't eat. We had just gotten our salad/ soup when our main dish was served. Mashed potatoes were cold and the remainder of my meal was lukewarm. Very disappointed as we have had nice dinners there before. I will not be in a hurry to return there. Just my opinion.
