I had a horrible experience with Francisco Patino from Bellagio Real Estate. I was contacted by him for a property I was interested in. Throughout the negotiations, he communicated that the property had 3 water meters, that it had a new rood done in 2011 (with permits) and new plumbing (with permits) in 2015.
